Seminar: Spend A Day With Me And Live Markets July 6Th
FOLLOW UP SEMINAR Mon June 29th
This is a follow up for those who have already been to a seminar with a day of live trading, level 2, research direct from the market and my accounts and anything you need refreshed from the previous seminar. I usually get at least two decent trades from these I would never have found at home! This should be a nice small event so I hope to give everyone some decent attention. Mail me at robbiethetrader@aol.com with "Follow up interested" for details.
Naked Trader 4
http://www.harriman-house.com/book/view/1040/trading/robbie-burns/the-naked-trader/1317
If you buy the print copy you get the e-book free! The book is a total update since the last one which I wrote in 2011.There are tons of ideas, trader stories, psychology, biggest trading mistakes and 20 trading strategies to make money. Also loads of stuff I have learned over the last three years. New insights into trading tax free, tons of examples, a whole load of new traders' tales and some of the trades that have helped to make me well over £2 million tax free.
When I left my full-time job to trade it really helped having another income: this I got from part-time selling energy and phone services to people and getting a cut of their use of their home services forever! I still get enough from it now to pay all my bills. I am a great believer in multiple incomes and this is a great one in my opinion as anyone could do it.
If you'd like a second part-time income click here

This will explain what you can expect to earn and how it all works. If you sign up there you'll be under my wing. Any questions just mail me and if you sign up please let me know.
I look forwards to meeting some of you on Monday (8th) for the seminar... I hope you all have an enjoyable day, thanks for filling in your questionaires as that's very helpful for me to know what you want covered. See you from 10am! Plenty of coffee, tea and loads of snacks on hand!
Just register before you come in.. we have plenty to cover and plenty to eat! Hopefully we'll have a few live trades to make from my own accounts and you get a good look at what's in them! We'll concentrate on research in the morning and market timing in the afternoon and plenty of psychology too.
What's this in the papers this morning? Will you be alive in five years time? Take the Test!
Yeah I feel great, I'll take the test and pass with flying colours! 5 years!
I'll be here in 50! Well, maybe 40, ok then 30...
Question 1. How much toast per day do you eat stacked with jam?
Erm.. 3? 4? All right then. 7. Come on, trading is a lonely business. I need treats.
Q 2. How much caffiene do you drink? Right, erm just 4, ok 8 cups of tea. Oh, maybe 2 coffees. And a cheeky coke sometimes.
Q 3. How many portions of vegetables?
Ok.. well. Fish and chips last night. Are chips a vegetable? Yes of course they are potatoes! Yes loads then! And mushy peas! They count right?
Q4. Are you overweight?
Hey this is getting personal. Don't think so, though my trousers are feeling a little tight. Oh I know why they were in the wash yesterday. They were washed at too high a temperature so they just shrunk a little.. That must be it.
Q5. How much sugar do you consume per day?
Right, does jam count? Jam then. I had 5 twixes BUT only fun size, not too bad eh? Oh and a bag of cadburys buttons, and there was a Penguin lying around.
You have to p p p pick one up. Someone left a Mr Kipling french fancy lying about so I had that. Oh and a Rolo chocolate pud was on its use by date so forced to eat that, and then...
Q6. How much exercise do.....
Right! I have had it with this stupid quiz. I'll have a quick peek though on the answers so far I am going to live for another.... three days.
Oh well, at least I get to see the champions league final.... So this is the last ever website update then. See you, it's been... real.
We returned on Sunday from a lovely trip to Spain. So much so that we were all secretly thinking: could we just sod everything and go and live there?
The Mrs was talking about "growing plants" or something over there (no, not THOSE kind of plants!)
My ten-year-old son took me aside and decided it would be great if he went to school in Spain. He's happy to play for Barcelona instead of Fulham. But maybe that's because he had "exams" this week. Latin! I ask you.
We even discussed just leaving the whole education system.
Let's just roam free, we decided. Sod the whole silly system with its rote learning. I can work from anywhere with an internet connection!
Hey what about a fab place somewhere in Spain! As long as we can get sky sports of course. Oh hang on would they deliver the paper? What about those nice cakes we get from up the road?
Looks like we're still here then. But I feel the world has changed so much in the last ten years and schools haven't changed with the times. With the internet bringing vast opportunities why are kids groomed for universities.
And just made to memorise useless info they will never ever need. We need a really good look at "education" and why it is now moving with the times we live in.
Anyway we had a great time, some brilliant food, and as usual Christopher made a whole lot of friends, in particular some lovely lads from Leeds and their super parents.
Our favourite Japanese restaurant over there had a new thing - the cook cooking in front of you on hot plates. Which was fun. Especially the chef throwing bits of egg at you and see if you could catch it in your mouth game. I won 5-3.
The only thing is we were so busy watching him do amazing twirling things with his knives and stuff that I could see my salmon was overcooking right in front of me.
I wanted to say something "Please don't nuke the fish" but he is a big bloke with two big knives in his hand so I chickened out. Especially as I've been watching Game of Thrones.
I also had to eat the whole salmon while he was there and eventually chewed though it...
Before we left for Spain I held a poker evening for a few gamblers. I'd been to a couple and so it was my turn to host.
I hired a fish and chip van to pull up outside at half-time as a surprise which was fun. I didn't play myself, just hosted which is just as well. I really thought I'd bought enough beer for four parties. On top of that I provided Pimms and rum and champagne.
I simply have no idea how much some people can put away and still act normally. These days two drinks and I'm giggling under the table, sing a couple of rugby songs even though I don't know anyway and go straight to sleep.
One bloke got though 27 bottles of beer. How was he still alive? How do they do it?
At least they all got cabs home, my conscience is clear. The winner was happy picking up £800 ! (I just picked up the food and drinks bill) . But nothing like seeing people have a good time.
Thanks again for the lovely emails on the last seminar, some of you appear to be using level 2 like pros already and glad you now see how important it is...
If you would like to come to the next seminar..it is this Monday June 8th. Then July 6th.
Mail me at robbiethetrader@aol.com with "June seminar interested or "July seminar interested".
Beginners and improvers welcome! Come and spend the day with me, the markets and some lovely people - and of course, lunch, lots of sugary snacks, and even live chocolate waffle making in the teabreak!
My seminars are designed for beginners, dabblers and improvers and deals with everything from how to look for winners, how to research, spreadbetting, level 2 use how to time trades and short, how to use advfn properly and run your portfolio without having to spend money on systems and tipsters.. and tons more.
A lot of the day comes directly from the live markets and I show you many of the tricks I use to get good prices live. And there might even be the odd live trade or 2!
Here's some feedback from from "D"
'It's obvious from his site Robbie Burns is a good market analyst and shrewd stock-picker. He is also a highly opinionated commentator on everything from TV shows to food. Therefore I expected his seminar to be 75% entertainment, 15% general exposition for beginners and-- if we were lucky-- 10% of something I could use to help me invest. But I could not have been more wrong.
The opinions on food and politics etc. though genuine, are I believe a bit of disguise or misdirection for there is a real touch of rebel genius here. And in the seminar, which is 95% hardball, he actually takes you candidly right into the mental process involved in his successful trading, making it a pretty amazing display, even showing his own investment accounts right there on the screen. You can see at once why so many of us are merely stabbing in the dark with our investments.
This is a genuine coaching session in how to trade like him if you put in the graft. I have only bought one stock since, as I am waiting for the tools he recommends, but I got the price down by using his tactics and I cannot recommend the seminar too highly if you are going there to learn. It must be taxing on him to let us at such length and in such detail into the process, which has made him so much money (for--unlike so many other so-called experts the seminars are not a day job). My advice therefore would be to sign up for this while he is still prepared to do it.'

I use IG Index for betting on the very small companies, the only spreadbet firm I can find that does the smaller ones making it possible to trade AIM cos tax free.

Naked Trader Seminar Latest News
Fancy spending a day with me, learning all the ways I have learned over the years to find good shares and play the markets? Well, you can at one of my seminars!
Booking is open for the Naked Trader seminar on July 6th
Price is £650 plus vat. However there is a decent early bookers discount available for those booking nice and early.
That includes three course lunch, coffees, snacks etc.
The seminar is mainly aimed at beginners and dabblers though improvers are welcome too.
Topics covered using live market feeds all day include: Market psychology, level 2 - a simple guide to how to use it for better timing; how to value companies; finding companies that are about to rise. I will also cover techniques for handling events such as the recent meltdown and volatility.
Spreadbetting: How to use it to gain an edge and go short. Market makers - how they work and how to beat them; how to stop losing money and make it instead and plenty more.
How to plan trade entries and exits - how to research companies and understand reports, plus all those niggly questions you always wanted to ask. How to set stop losses and targets. Charts and how to use them.
Also covered: Market maker tricks: How to spot tree shakes and use them in your favour, How to tell when NOT to buy a share. I use live ADVFN all day with lots of level 2 and looks at all kind of live market data.
The idea behind the seminar is SIMPLICITY. I don't use jargon or fancy words - everything is in PLAIN ENGLISH! No question is too stupid and the event is held in a friendly relaxed and supportive environment.
The idea is you will come away from the event I hope a wise and better investor with lots of new ideas. I try and translate complex topics into easy bite size pieces. I also aim for it to be entertaining as well as instructive.
If you are interested please e-mail me at robbiethetrader@aol.com with "jUNE seminar interested" in the subject line and I will send you full details of the event including comments from those who have come to previous seminars and you can then decide whether you would like to come. See you there!
One seminar attendee Clare wanted to write a testimonial about her experiences at the seminar which follows now!
"I've just come back buzzing from one of Robbie's seminars. What a day! He's just brilliant, and manages to pack an awful lot into one day, and with his enthusiastic and humorous delivery the day just flies by. There are no gimmicks, no sell, no "˜get-rich-quick' promises, just his own solid, sound approach which he has learnt over the years and which works.
He shows you how to minimise the risks and maximise the profits and points out the banana skins on the way. Where the seminar really comes into its own is when he teaches using live level 2. Hearing him talk through his thought processes and reasoning is invaluable, and really brings home everything from the book. He has endless patience answering peoples' questions, and really seems to care that everybody understands.
On top of that, you meet some really nice like minded people and swap e mail addresses, you're plied with
chocolates and coffee all day, have a great lunch and spend the evening getting tiddled with Robbie in the
bar afterwards!
Don't worry about the cost, it's easily worth it, and you'll soon make it back with your new-found investment skills, and in what you're no longer losing. If you're thinking of going along to his next seminar, whether you're a novice or an experienced trader, don't hesitate ""just go!
Thanks Clare, did you want the tenner in cash, or will a cheque do?

His horrible student politics. You have to laugh at the labour leadership challengers who are all slagging him off now. No, he wasn't any good. That wasn't what they were saying before the election was it?
Even more hilarious is the use of the word "aspiration" now. I wonder what happens to Labour now. What is the point of it. Perhaps a new opposition party is needed. Governments need a decent opposition for democracy to thrive.
What do they stand for? What do they want? They need to spend the next few years trying to figure that out. They need to figure something out: Harriet Harperson was just awful at PMQ's yesterday. She just read stuff out that someone else had written. You thought Ed was bad - Harriet amazingly is worse.
Tony Blair's time as Middle East peace envoy is at an end. Well, hasn't he done a great job! Loads of peace there now, everyone gets on well, congrats Tony, another amazing job!
The FIFA affair is just like some kind of soap opera with lots of twists and turns. What on earth is going to happen next.
It's a bit like a mafia mob being found out and some of them start to squeal. When crooks fall out they often start fighting each other. Let's hope it ends with a new bidding process for 2022. Probably a bit too late to stop the 2018.
So Kylie Minogue is now desperate for a man, so desperate she says she is prepared to include even bald men.
Well, as a spokesman for bald men, I would like to clearly state to Kylie that frankly, we are too good for you.
All too late you realised the truth that bald men are in fact way more attractive than men with hair. Too late. You should be so lucky.
So, another entertaining Britain's Got Talent finale.
Well, except for the tedious singers and dance acts. Time for singers to be in the X Factor - definitely shouldn't be allowed in BGT.
The doggie was bound to win it but full marks to his trainer for all the work she put in devising the stories, a deserved winner. Ok so she used two dogs as one didn't have a head for heights and then brought on the three legged one to ensure the win. Fine, we all love a good cry... boo hooooo.
There is a lot of hoo-had about the magician being seen to stick the note through a hole at the bottom of the lemon. Well, honestly magic isn't real you know! That note has to get there somehow. Just enjoy the entertainment and forget about how it's done.
All the dads were rooting for Old Men Grooving. There's life in some of us old dogs left you know.
It's a shame there aren't any better comedians or impressionists around with sharper material. It would be nice one day for one of those types to win. And probably that is enough dogs!
Why do the lady judges want to show us half their tits? They may as well have just gone topless. It's all about the acts. Please put them away for the next series... we're really not interested.
I wonder though what Aleshia and Amanda really bring to to the show and it's not much - they are both pretty bland. Time for two new judges methinks.
Hope you took my tip to back the top 4 favourites in eurovision, worked a treat on the spreads and a nice £650 banked! Even better I was in Spain and didn't even have to watch it!
Ok, at last we are into Game Of Thrones! The Mrs nearly caved in during the first series and is now hooked, so much so looks like we are watching it to the end most nights! Indeed she has even looked up "unsullied" on the internet....
There can't really be anyone left watching the standard Big Brother. This show is SO over!
It's the Champions League Final on Saturday. Barcelona should win it - they are a better team and good to watch.
Still Juventus have a great defence. So for a fun bet? I don't think there will be many goals in it. So maybe sell number of goals on the spreads and perhaps back against an early goal by buying the time of the first goal.

I agree with comments about Dr Who and Breaking Bad. I used to enjoy Dr. Who years ago but I think it's worn out, it's all about celebrity now, like everything else on telly.
I recently was enjoying the Sopranos a friend let me borrow (fascinating story lines) and my son Rob in Australia (an irrelevance to you of course), he said if you like Sopranos you'll love Breaking Bad. Wow was he ever right. I got the full set from Amazon (apart from the last season). I'm having to eke it out it's so brilliant I don't want it to end, that's the sad bit. What about the uncle in the desert in the wheelchair with the bell strapped to the arm of the chair, the missus and me just fell about and many more just brilliant set ups dragging out every emotion.
Agree Dave, love Breaking Bad. Only five to go for me and I won't spoil what happens for you except it gets more and more addictive!
Gary writes :
"For throwing your heart, soul and energy into one fact-packed, full-on and exhaustingly educational day: FIVE stars with no hesitation!!
Met some really nice people too - like me, nervous that it was the most we'd ever spent on a whole day of anything (had we made arses of ourselves?) But no one felt short-changed, especially when you were still going strong when we all wanted to go to bed! One of your delegates, Susan, back for a second time, said to me unequivocally, "you will go away absolutely inspired." I can't disagree.
Thanks Gary, hope you make some money!
Duane writes:
Wanted to say a big thank you to you and Mrs NT for an amazing day of learning and fun at your seminar.
The way you explained the share trading from start to finish was understandable and really interesting, well worth the seminar fee!
It was great to hear such down to earth and honest assessment from a successful trader like yourself. The way you explained everything was good revision from your book and gave further insight into successful share trading.
I particularly liked your live trades and going through your accounts when you gave snippets of why you invested in certain shares and why you kept/dumped them. Also helpful was the way you searched for prospective shares and within minutes discounted them or put them on a short list for further examination and correct entry points. Amazing!
You could really tell that you loved doing what you do and your energy levels to keep going till 10pm was well....... I had to leave at 9pm I was shattered!
Thanks again Robbie I am keen to put into practice what you have taught me. Even though you make squillions from your trades and I am sure don't need to do the seminars for financial gain, but please keep doing those seminars for newbies like me!
Thanks Duane! Don't expect to be doing them foreever but very rewarding for me to help people so expect to carry on for a while longer.
Gabriel writes:
If you are reading this, you are perhaps considering going on one of Robbie's Seminars. You maybe asking yourself (like I did) the testimonials are all well and good but once the euphoria and excitement of attending a Seminar has died down ..... and I am back home in my normal routine and faced with the "graft" of putting it all into practice... will I become a better trader and be financially better off?
Let me tell you that in my case it certainly has!
Book your place pretty sharpish....... is what I say !
Thanks Gabriel!

Fantastic seminar.
I have always been sceptical of the public testaments you see on web sites
saying how great an event was. Now I'm one of those people!. I
genuinely believe that the tips and techniques as well as the overall
approach you demonstrated will radically improve my trading performance
Thanks Terry, well all the testaments are real but know what you mean and glad you feel it was worth it!

I have 3 great offers from ADVFN.
ADVFN level 2 offer
First great deal: If you want level 2, through me it is only £350 for your first year including VAT!
This compares to £473 direct from advfn inc vat so this deal saves you over a whopping £120! ADVFN level 2 also includes all the live trades made through Plus Markets which I find invaluable.
To accept this great deal just e-mail me at robbiethetrader@aol.com with "Level 2 offer" in the subject line and I will tell you how to get it. Level 2 gives you access to all the market maker positions and the order book and I would not trade without it!
More on level 2 in my book and I spend hours on it at my seminars. So if you get level 2 and want to learn how to use it properly live, book my seminar!
ADVFN Bronze Offer

Markets
EMAILS: I do beg you not to send me emails asking me for advice on a particular share. It isn't legal for me to give you individual advice and all I do is send you a mail saying that, which wastes a lot of my time and yours too. This includes asking me what to do with a share, what I might "think" about a share, or deconstructing any of the buys I mention here. I would be grateful, see FAQ for more on this. Of course more than happy to answer general questions not related to specific shares.
****
COPYING TRADES: I can't stop you from copying a trade I made but remember the price may already be a lot higher than I paid indeed I hope it is as buying at good prices is what I do for a living. You may be buying at the top and could easily lose money. Also I can make terrible mistakes and have done in the past. I could also sell before you or before the share tanks. I may still be holding in a year when you sold at a loss. Always do your own research, don't jump in blindly. Market makers are very clever at knowing how to make you pay top dollar and then push you out at a loss. This site is about sensible investment and learning how to trade sensibly and is not a tipping site. Beware. Never push buy on anything till you've done proper research and got yourself a sensible price.

Generally while smaller shares are doing ok the general market is on the down a bit. Still fears about Greece (when is it ever going to get sorted?) - sometime might be sorted or not or fudged this weekend.
But things have remained remarkably good for my smaller stuff, so much so that actually I've had a quiet time. And a week's holiday in Spain when all I did was check the laptop once or twice a day. Shares I'm in in the main are staying put or going up, or not going down much - what more could you want? However I have made one or two trades!
I bought some Aldermore (ALD) sounds like some kind of Harry Potter house.. But actually it is quite an interesting one, a small bank (well small compared to say Barclays) valued at a tad under a billion.
It was launched onto the market recently with little fanfare. But it's going to get a place in the FTSE 250 which meant funds have had to buy in and indeed that was announced last night.
It lends to people and smaller businesses, at the moment it has lent 5.1 billion and has 4.7 billion in deposits. It doesn't have any branches.
It is pretty hard to value . I don't like buying the big banks as I find them hard to value too but this one looks like a small bank that might grow very nicely and so I've put some away in the ISA on a longer-term view of perhaps a couple of years.
It's quite volatile but the trend is basically up since its launch and I will try and hold it through any volatility.
Let's hope it becomes a banker. I've bought more of Empiric (ESP). Boring right?
But I love the look of this one for long-term capital growth and a fantastic massive dividend payout. And really it looks pretty safe sleep at night share too.
Again I suspect I'll hold this for a few years, pick up some nice growth and some fantastic income. It's quite a simple idea, buy up property and turn it into student accommodation.
I topped up once more in Quantum Pharma (QP.) as I do like to average up in the good ones.
It reported a decent set of results last week and shares have been motoring since with big profits coming in which is great as I'm building quite a stake in it.
The Mail on Sunday also tipped it in the last edition with a good write up which you should be able to find online. I've averaged up again as I think there is still some very decent upside with, given time, perhaps a lot more.
And I've added a high risk one that I've had in my sipp into my ISA too this week. It's a very small company only just in profit with a bit of cash. Because it's small it is very high risk, one of those I think could either double or tank badly so it is a very occasional "Punt" for me.
The company is Cambridge Cognition (COG) . It provides computerised cognitive tests making it easier for heathcare staff to make diagnoses especially when it comes to Alzheimers. It's been sitting between 70 and 90 for ages and might continue to do that but I have put a small amount away in the 80s and would probably nip a few more if it ranges back to the 70s. And only a small amount. But it is one of those that could be an interesting little gamble.
I've booted out Shoezone taking a very nice profit of £722 which pretty much makes up for the loss I made on it previously. I've "soled" out as there is about an even chance of another warning as there is of a good statement. And I do want to remain well-heeled. Profit banked and I'm all out of shoe puns.
A shoe in to sell a bit of was Aga as I made a massive percentage quite quickly and it was bound to come back, plenty of resistance and some sellers at 120 so sold some to bank a profit of £1088. Kept the rest though and it has indeed come back and right now it looks very attractive again at just over a quid so looking to buy those shares back.
SSY reported a profits warning out of the blue, a contract cost them a lot more than they thought - I think this is a reminder you have to be careful with very small companies and announcements like this can come from nowhere. The lesson is probably never to hold too much of something like this and I didn't. I got a bit lucky and had sold a quarter a couple of weeks ago but no skill, only to raise some funds as I was buying something else. I definitely never saw this coming and there was no clue in a falling price or sales. But was still left with three-quarters and took a loss of £1,581. In the scheme of things, no big deal. Take loss on the chin, move right along, forget it.
I sold NMC to bank a lovely profit of £3,536. Great company but that's a super profit for holding for three months - now I'm looking to buy back as I think it could have another go at near nine quid. And the trading shares in Tep hit their target to bank a profit of £945.
**Seminar Dates
Spend a day with me and live markets on July 6th.. email for details at robbiethetrader@aol.com" with "July seminar interested" in the subject line.**

Finally a fond farewell to the last of my St Ives, taken profits on the last trade of £4,413 as it seems stuck around the current price which seems fair value. A lovely well run company but I think the price will stick under 2 quid for quite a while.
That makes a total of around £13,000 profits on this one in total in my dealings on it. I'll keep an eye on it for the future!
So with all that profit and loss takings the final tally is a nice profit for the website of £8,178.
As I said up above some of the portfolio shares continue to climb. Tons of my companies put out reports or results in the last couple of weeks.
Pets reported today - all looks to be going nicely here - the shares have been purring recently so no surprise to see a little profit taking on results day. Nearly always happens these days. Probably a nice point to make a top up. So for me Pets remains a core hold.
Merlin dropped a little on the roller coaster problem but it is only one coaster in one of many parks it has so I don't see it as a long-term worry.
John Laing made it into the FTSE 250 which has really helped the price to continue to rise, one of the best new issues this year.
OPG is on the rise after a decent statement this week. Could be a nice long-term winner.
Also reporting this week was the lovely GB Group and rose nicely after results which were excellent. I've made many thousands on GB and been in since 20p. To see it with another nought on the end is sensational. I still think it will end up being bid for. 250p?
And also the lovely long-termer Porvair reported - another excellent report from this one and I'm staying put! Been in it since 60p and now 320p. Who says long-term investment is a waste of time?
Also reporting Amino, lovely profits on this - a very confident statement I thought, profits are growing and dividend is up.
And the wonderful Entertainment One reported all is on track and its library's value has gone up again. A confident long-term hold. Telford Homes and Spire continue to do well off the back of the election as does recent buy Lookers which continues to motor up.
Energy Assets carries on moving slowly higher. Dignity tries to hit 2200 showing there is money in death. Vectura has been on an excellent run up and now doubled and a half on my first buy. With patience, I think personally I'm going to make more than £100,000 on it.
** Two Newer Spreadfirms I Use
It is hard to find a firm that does prices on the very small companies but this company does:
http://www.spreadex.com/nakedtrader
It does spreads on smaller ones other companies don't like Xeros so worth having an account for that, been using it for a while and very happy so far. They also have an Ipad offer at the moment which is on that link.

TIGHTEST SPREAD FOR TRADING THE FTSE/DOW ETC
If you're into trading indices this one is the cheapest with just a 0.8 spread which is fantastic - execution is top too
http://www.spreadco.com/nakedtrader/
If you start using them and find any problems please let me know.
I also use IG's spreadbetting service too along with other firms. Great execution of trades and nice trailing stops which to me is a pretty sensible way of trading. Also with this link there is an excellent education programme and it offers the biggest range of smaller shares.

I still get paid EVERY MONTH for sales I made back in 1999! Every time a customer uses broadband or the phone or switches on a light you get paid.
It's a great business and backed by a stock market company (Telecom Plus), a dedicated team of advisors.. and me to help you on your way!
Not only do you get paid out every month for each customer you can take on distributors. encourage them like I do and get paid on their sales as well.
One day, say you could made redundant, needed a year off or wanted to retire early can you imagine what joy it is to have the regular income coming in. It's wonderful.

Trade tables follow! Trades are current open and recently closed trades. Closed trades feature the closing price and the amount I won or lost. All others are open. Trades get updated a little later than the narrative. Trading costs are ignored, however I also do not add in dividend payments and with the kinds of companies I buy, dividends tend to equal or outweigh costs. Spread rollovers ignored for web purposes. Tables as accurate as poss however a mistake or two can creep in and very occasionally if I forgot I sold or bought something it will be added at a later time. Trades first reported in the diary under Markets every other Thursday afternoon.
